And many people also make this mistake in this that they keep their back forward for a long time in this posture, but in the beginning, you should not do this at all.

There is another situation in which you do not have to practice this asana when you have any kind of wound in your back or you have treated that wound, even in that case don’t practice it.

6. If there is physical weakness:- By the way, the practice of this asana increases energy in our body. But if you have weakness in your body or if your back or lower thigh muscles are weak, then in these situations you should practice it only under the supervision of a yoga teacher.

7. Do not do after having meal:- With the practice of Paschimottanasana, maximum pressure is generated on our stomach, as a result of which the accumulated fat of our stomach is reduced and at the same time our internal organs are also massaged so that they can do their work properly.
